این گزارش با بررسی شواهد علمی، تجربیات کشورهای پیشرو و وضعیت صنعت ایران، فرصت‌ها و الزامات به‌کارگیری هوش مصنوعی در حوزه‌هایی نظیر نگهداری پیش‌بینانه، کنترل کیفیت، بهینه‌سازی مصرف انرژی، مدیریت زنجیره تأمین و برنامه‌ریزی تولید را تحلیل می‌کند. همچنین با شناسایی چالش‌های زیرساختی، نهادی و مدیریتی، چارچوبی برای اولویت‌بندی کاربردها و صنایع مستعد ارائه می‌دهد.

Drawing on scientific evidence, international experiences, and an assessment of Irans industrial landscape, this report examines the opportunities and requirements for adopting AI in areas such as predictive maintenance, quality control, energy optimization, supply chain management, and production planning. It also identifies key infrastructural, institutional, and managerial challenges and introduces a framework for prioritizing AI applications and potential industries.
A central focus of the report is the evaluation of policy options, the potential role of chambers of commerce in facilitating industrial AI adoption, and the development of a phased implementation roadmap. This roadmap emphasizes assessing enterprise readiness, conducting limited pilot projects, measuring outcomes, and selectively scaling solutions with demonstrated results.
