گفتمان علمی و سیاست گذاری جهانی، به ویژه در نشست های اخیر مجمع جهانی اقتصاد، نشان می دهد که تاب آوری دیگر یک انتخاب لوکس برای سازمان ها و دولت ها نیست، بلکه یک ضرورت حیاتی برای تضمین امنیت انرژی، پایداری زیست محیطی، عدالت اجتماعی و ارتقای بهره وری اقتصادی محسوب می شود. در این میان، شش محور کلیدی شامل: تاب آوری ژئوپلیتیکی، انرژی و اقلیم، تجارت و زنجیره تأمین، منابع انسانی و آموزش، سلامت و بهداشت و فناوری های دیجیتال، چارچوب اصلی دستورکار تاب آوری را شکل می دهند که هم افزایی میان آن ها برای دستیابی به توسعه متوازن و مقاوم در برابر شوک های آینده ضروری است.
بدین ترتیب، پژوهش حاضر در پی آن است که با نگاهی تحلیلی و آینده پژوهانه، ابعاد مختلف تاب آوری و سازوکارهای تحقق آن را بررسی کند و نشان دهد چگونه می توان از طریق راهبردهای یکپارچه، ظرفیت های ملی و سازمانی را به گونه ای ارتقا داد که همزمان مقاومت در برابر بحران ها، سازگاری در شرایط بی ثبات و قابلیت جهش در مسیر رشد پایدار تقویت شوند.
The scientific discourse and global policymaking arena — particularly in recent sessions of the World Economic Forum — indicate that resilience is no longer a luxury choice for organizations and governments; rather, it has become a vital necessity for ensuring energy security, environmental sustainability, social justice, and enhanced economic productivity.
In this context, six key pillars — geopolitical resilience, energy and climate, trade and supply chains, human resources and education, health and well-being, and digital technologies — constitute the core framework of the resilience agenda. The synergy among these dimensions is essential for achieving balanced development and strengthening resistance against future shocks.
Accordingly, the present study seeks to analytically and foresightfully examine the various dimensions of resilience and the mechanisms for its realization. It aims to demonstrate how integrated strategies can enhance national and organizational capacities in ways that simultaneously strengthen resistance to crises, adaptability under unstable conditions, and the ability to rebound toward sustainable growth.
