• Iran’s exports of goods to the EU in the first two months of 2020 (January and December) recorded a 52% increase compared to the same period of 2019. Meanwhile, Iran’s goods import from the EU experienced a 7% growth.
• “Food and live animals” category has contributed to 38% of Iran’s goods export to the EU and 17% of Iran’s import of goods form the EU, in the first two months of 2020.
• While in 2019 “Mineral fuels, lubricants and related materials” category accounted for only 0.3% of Iran’s export to the EU, its share has risen to 20% in the first two months of 2020.
